the fact that I didn’t thought about the x files because I watched it when it was originally running makes me sad. x files is my favorite show ever, i just forget that those episodes exist and pretend it was always only great

Im on a rewatch right now, just hit season 10 last night, and am trying to decide whether or not to keep going.

Those are not potential — it was a completely new forgettable season from just a few years ago.

But the original series is great — obviously it peters out a bit toward the end but first seven or eight seasons are straight gold.
