Unions are very effective at protecting members, 'tis unfortunate that police unions are the last really effective ones.

You know, and I know you know, that that’s never what is meant by saying it’s “safer to travel at the speed of traffic”. It’s tragic to be sure, but it’s not a counter argumement against obeying the law.
