I wish I had arranged my finances better so I could live the dream of being bottom right in a nice very functional house in the forest, with enough self-reliance and supplies to last for months and months without poking my head out of my shell.

Oh I hate that, but the only solution for me is to equally strongly point my foot towards my head.
Yes and my Mom would put fried breadcrumbs on top, I think there are these seasoned breadcrumbs from a box and you just fry em up. I really should look into it.
