I had the same problem at first but when I started mixing it started to be more fun. And the great thing is that you can do most quests even when you are done with the main story. So you can just do the main story and then explore the world later. I also found that the main story led you through the world quite well.

You are not very good at making a logical argument, are you? You cite an example of a vehicle needing to go over 100mph for an emergency, which firstly doesn’t happen very often and secondly doesn’t fucking flow with the traffic either.

It doesn’t say that. You are right. What it says is that the dangers come from people overtaking and assuming that someone is faster. It has nothing to do with ego and only with adhering to the law. I don’t want a speeding ticket because someone else what’s to be faster.
